讲座摘要:

  首先简要概述新公共管理和后新公共管理两种运动长期趋势，以及它们目前如何在混合制公共管理系统和混合文化中得以结合。然后将会更深入地讨论关于责任、声誉管理和信任的近期和当前的趋势。

  The lecture will first briefly outline the long-term trends of New Public Management and post-NPM and how they currently is combined in hybrid public administrative systems and cultures. Then recent and current trends of accountability, reputation management and trust will be more deeply discussed.

主讲人简介：

  Christensen教授现为挪威皇家科学与文学院院士、挪威奥斯陆大学政治科学系正教授、挪威卑尔根大学兼职教授。曾担任香港城市大学社会与公共管理系兼职教授，拥有在墨西哥、日本、韩国、新加坡、菲律宾、香港、澳门和中国等国家和地区的丰富教学经验。

Christensen教授参与众多国际研究网络和项目，特别是比较公共管理和比较公共改革领域，主要与美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、香港、中国、荷兰、比利时、德国、日本、韩国，加拿大和北欧国家的同事合作。发表国际文章200余篇，专著20余部。超过10000个谷歌学者引用。主要发表在《治理》、《公共行政》、《行政与社会》、《行政科学国际评论》、《公共生产力与管理评论》、《公共管理评论》、《公共组织评论》、《政治哲学杂志》等期刊上。也参与了大量国际编辑书籍和挪威编辑卷和教科书的写作。担任数家国际期刊的编委，并大量承担论文评阅人的工作。

  Member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, Professor Christensen is now the full professor in public administration and organizational theory at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo, the adjunct professor at the Rokkan Centre, University of Bergen, and the visiting professor of Thousand Talents Program at School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China.

He was once an adjunct Professor at the Department of Social and Public Administration, City University of Hong Kong. He has extensive teaching experience in countries like Mexico, Japan, South-Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao and China.

Professor Christensen Participates in numerous international research networks and projects, especially on comparative public administration and comparative public reform, mostly with colleagues in US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada and the Nordic countries. He had published around 200 international articles and 20 books, with over 10000 Google Scholar citations. He published primarily in journals like Governance, Public Administration, Administration & Society, International Review of Administrative Sciences, Public Productivity & Management Review, Public Management Review, Public Organization Review, Journal of Political Philosophy, etc. Also extensive publishing through international edited books and Norwegian edited volumes and text books. Also on the editorial boards of several international journals and used extensively as a reviewer.
